At ESI, people are valued. Our staff work hard meeting project deadlines, often away from home on fieldwork, attending meetings with clients and so on. ESI also recognises that sometimes people need to relax and take a break too, so ESI actively encourages a social scene in which all staff can participate.
In order to recruit, develop and retain the best staff, ESI has been working hard on its staff development capabilities. This has been rewarded through our official recognition for Work Life Balance from Shropshire Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise and Business Link. The award, presented by David Wright MP for Telford Borough, was given in recognition of EIS’s strong commitment to people and its work towards helping employees manage a successful work-life balance.
