ESI encourages an active social scene and the team regularly takes part in out of work social activities, with our very own in-house Social Secretary! In the past, we have hosted superb Murder Mystery evenings with people really getting into character! Having a high number of younger members of staff, we also actively encourage team games such as rounders in the park during the summer, with inter-company football, basketball and volleyball teams during the winter. For several years, we have visited Attingham Park to listen to Jools Holland. ESI staff members also support various charities and local good causes. The company's nominated charity is WaterAid and we have attended their annual regional quiz, climbed mountains, run marathons, etc … the list is endless! Members of staff support their own various fundraising events too, setting personal goals, such as walking the length of a basketball pitch (a major achievement when you rely on a wheelchair), endurance swimming and marathons. If you are interested in keeping fit, ESI can also provide corporate gym membership.
