RAM* Click here for more Information A RAM USB single seat dongle is included in the price of Deterministic and Probabilistic RAM. RAM requires Excel 2003. Probabilistic RAM utilises Oracle Crystal Ball, which is integrated into the package to enable a probabilistic approach to be developed. Crystal Ball versions lower than Verison 11 will need to be updated for RAM 2 Probabilistic. Please contact ESI Support Manager for more information on how to upgrade your Crystal Ball licence.
